How to apply for Livestock Price Insurance

For brand new LPI clients (without ID or subscription numbers)

1. Go to LPI Forms
2. Fill out forms specific to your province to obtain identification and subscription numbers
3. Submit forms to local LPI office via email, mail, or fax
4. Once the forms are processed, you will receive confirmation via email or mail

Producers wishing to purchase a policy on the same day they are signing up for new identification and subscription numbers should fill out a paper purchase form and submit it with application details within purchasing hours.
